my country is set to ireland on the website

have signed up but for some reason the website sends me to the irish part of now tv. So cant sign up for anything. I don't have a vpn running, the fault is with the website. 

No avenues to talk to actual human, the bot chat is useless

On the NOW Ireland website is there an option right at the bottom of the screen to "Go to UK" website ?

Or perhaps try a different internet browser and if using the search in the browser in the url address bar make sure it has gb and not ie which denotes Ireland.

Have you deleted your browser cookies? Worth giving that a try and then use the links provided by @schnapps 

Otherwise jump onto live chat by clicking 'chat online' within the green box. Do not git 'get help quicker', this is that bot you're coming across.

Hi @dom654 

What happens if you try a different internet browser.

It could be your Router IP address is showing Republic of Ireland on the NOW System.

Perhaps unplugging the power to your Router for around 30 minutes for it to automatically acquire a new IP address which hopefully will then revert to the UK.

Or if you have mobile internet data does these links then take you to NOW Republic of Ireland.

If using mobile internet data on your phone is fine, then try the 30 minutes power down on the Router.
