id like a refund due to my tv package has been charged before the date its ment to renew i have now cancelled both my packages ..

To ask a very daft question, if you decided to cancel your memberships was it intentionally done?
Otherwise just me, why did you leave it so late to cancel them?
To get any chance of a refund you need to get in touch with staff via live chat. Which can be accessed by clicking “chat online” within the green box and don’t hit “get help quicker” as this is a bot.

i cancelled today because i noticed the charge on my bank account yesterday ..and knowing my renew is on the 25th...so i did intentionally cancel today before tomorrow the 25th's actual sub renew...

If you planned to keep the membership(s) I wouldn’t have cancelled, I would have went straight onto live chat and had my rant. Hopefully you get it sorted!
