bill

so i paid my bill on the 20th march and you shouldn’t have too pay your bill till around the same time next month so my internet has been cut off today and i don’t see why!

You never talk to staff regarding broadband issues. So saying “you” is pointless I’m afraid. 

Call the broadband team to get it sorted out.
