I have a new card & if I don't update my card details my subscription within 5 days it will be cancelled. Each time I go to the page online to update my bank details it loops back to a page to say welcome / let the entertainment begin. I am a patient person but I have been on hold for almost 1 hour and I am starting to lose my mind with it!

im having this exact problem, everytime i click on payment details it just goes back to the home screen. Its driving me bonkers as they will cut me off too if i dont update, live chat is off...which number did you ring cos i cannot find any number?
