Beats me.
Make sure you are signed in on another device, a TV or something.
Change your password. Make sure it’s not one you have used before, and not one that somebody could guess because you use a pattern, e.g. Peter6-1, Peter6-2, Peter6-3, and so on.
Sign out of all devices.
Then go to the TV or whatever that you signed in on as above. Are you signed out of it? If not, there’s the problem; report back here.
If you are signed out OK, though, next check Manage Now Account, My Devices. Is the list cleared? (I don’t know if it should be, so maybe don’t worry if it isn’t. Anybody else know?). Note Time Now.
Check this list periodically. Make sure every device signing in after Time Now is one you know about. If somebody wants to sign in, make sure you do that for them, without ever revealing the new password, even to people you think you can trust, family members and the like.
If nobody but you knows it, nobody can leak it. If you get pushback, explain why this precaution is necessary in the current circumstances. If somebody seems to be disproportionately angry about this, draw your own conclusions.
Oh, and set a Payment PIN also, if you haven’t already, before the intruder buys a Membership on your dime.
Keep us posted on how things turn out!
