I'm a student and saw a limited 50% off offer for a 4 month pass. I may have misread and/or confused myself with what was being offered and thought the entertainment pass included movies as well. Within 10 minutes of signing up I realised the mistake and have cancelled the pass. I have not watched anything, am not really interested in even trying a 'free' pass for anything and just want my money back. I see £15.98 has already been deducted from my bank account. Will this automatically be refunded back to me or do I have to make a phone call or something?
