Removing device

Does it sign you out of that device if you remove it from your account?

Re: Removing device

Hi @SBOG92

Nope if you wish to remove one of your registered devices from your account you need to go to My Account > Devices whilst logged in on here and delete the device in question.

More information here about managing your devices.

Re: Removing device

Hi @SBOG92

Do you just want to sign out of the NowTV App and sign back into the App again sometime in the future ?

What device are you trying to sign out of ?

Where most NowTV devices i have used is to open the NowTV App and nagivate to the My Account section of the App where hopefully there should be an option to log out of the App.

Or alternatively delete the App (don't do that on a PS3 or Xbox 360 mind) and re install the App again on your device, but that would be a drastic method if you ask me.

Re: Removing device

Hi @SBOG92

You could try changing your password by following these instructions, then go back to My Account > Devices and remove their device off your list.

https://help.nowtv.com/article/change-password

Is it a friend, family member or EX partner etc who is using your account where you have given them your account details to use on their device or a complete unkown stranger that somehow has hijacked your account ?

I would have a word also with live chat to see if they can assit you if my above suggestions fail to work.
