Remove device

I used nowtv 24 hour pass to watch something whilst in a holiday rental on their TV. Now someone else is logging on and charging my account on that TV and I don't seem to be able to do anything about it. I've tried to force logout of that device, but can't. 

I can't remove my card details from nowTV. 

They seem to make it intentionally difficult. 

Please can anyone advise??

A few steps will sort you out. 


  1. Change your password and do a force sign out of all device, link below will help
  2. Set up a payment PIN that only you will know,


Head onto Live chat and inform the staff of the situation. Just make sure to click "chat online".

Adding to what @gavs82008 has said, I’m guessing you left the Now app open on that TV, perhaps thinking that the 24 hours would be the end of it.


But it’s not, as the app stays there, with your login details already input, including your password. Other people can’t actually see what your password is, but they don’t need it, as they are already ‘in’.


So it’s important, when you have finished your stay, to log out of the app before you leave.


Too late for this time, but this is worth knowing for the future, and perhaps other people will see it and take heed.


When we go away, we take our own Stick, and use that, even if the TV we plug it into has the apps we want. And there’s a piece of paper in the suitcase that says ‘Stick!’ In big letters, to remind us not to leave it there, which would be even worse 😛
