To whom it may concern,
I have just looked at my bank account. You have tried to charge me on numerous occasions in the last couple of months despite me not having applied to a subscription, even when I go to my account I can clearly see I don't have any subscriptions applied. You have also taken 2 months subscription plus some 'Booster' charges, all of which are unsolicited.
I have had to cancel my card as you do not have the facility to remove payment details which is despicable and designed to make it harder for consumers when they get caught out with this awful service.
Why are you charging me for an entertainment pass when I have NOT applied for one?
I would like a refund of the money wrongly taken from me and my account completely removed, if you do not enforce my request I will take this to the relevant authorities.
This is a customer, only seldomly do NOW staff pop on and comment on the threads.
