I cancelled my entertainment package and now have still taken the money for it. How do I get a refund.
Did you get a email confirmation of the cancellation? If not I’m afraid you didn’t go through the lengthy process of cancelling memberships.
For any refunds you have to go on live chat. No account issues will get resolved on the forum.
Make sure you click “chat online” within the green box and not “get help quicker” as this is a bot.
