Why does it take now broadband 45 working days to issue a refund on my final bill?
Final bill date 12/6 amount £35.99
Service switched 13/6 amount £1.20
Refund due £34.79
est. refund date 15/8
Trying to raise a complaint or speak to someone about said issue is akin to "pulling teeth"...nothing in the t&c's about it taking 45 days...what is your justification?
beware of this people - cancel your payment method before the final now broadband bill is due!
