They will ALL be charged separately. Much like boost is a totally separate membership charge.
No streaming service provides what you're looking for. At best your only option would be the full Sky package, which I am not sure if it includes Amazon Prime. Same could be said for BT TV.
As for your "charges", did you take this offer out on the offers section of the website?
This does clearly state that both cinema and entertainment will be 7 day free trails and then the relevant prices unless cancelled.
Speaking of cancel. This IS your best friend to get good discounts, as I am paying £11 combined for the 3 memberships.
