Payment of Bill

I had my account payment details updated, but it didn't take the money from the November bill. 

The account says that I have already paid it, but it hasn't come out of my account. I Updated my bank details again to see if that is the solution.

I did have the money at the moment of the payment.

There is a way to pay directly? without waiting for the system to take out the money?  Thanks for the help

Yes, there is a way, but if Now think you have paid and you haven’t, then paying will just look like you are putting your account into extra credit.

Best call Now Broadband, on 150 from a phone on your landline, and ensure you and they are on the same page here.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
