Sometimes to kick start your pass back into life, is to sign out of the NowTV App, delete the App if your device allows it, install a fresh version of the App, then power down your device fully, then power back up your device and sign back into the App with the login details that your cinema pass is showing active when checking on the nowtv website under My Account > Passes & Vouchers.
Sorted for the time being. I pay £11.99 but I only have access to sky movies. Do you know the cost to access everything - or should I cancel this pass and link it with my Provider BT? Thanks in advance
Yes, that’s the cost for Movies. £8.99 for Entertainment, £33.99 for Sport, monthly. Also Hayu and Kids available, £3.99 each.
So are you sure you want ‘everything’?
But even if you do, you still have to buy it pass by pass.
I wouldn’t link it with BT personally - you only ever get the sticker price, and nobody need pay that.
Try cancelling your Movies pass; you will likely get an offer to renew, but at a much better rate.
Or if they do let you go, the current pass still runs to its expiry date, it doesn’t stop immediately, and this will give you time to get on to Curry’s or whoever, and pick up Cinema passes for about two-thirds of the price per month that NowTV charge.
