No live chat, difficult for hard of hearing

Finding this frustrating. I have moved house very recently to an area which NowTV broadband doesn't cover.

A few months ago I contacted live chat and was told that there would be no problem cancelling when the move happened. Unfortunately live chat is now offline and I am very hard of hearing. All I want to do is cancel my contract and it's not even in my minimum term any more.

Can anyone help as I think that a company as large as Sky/NowTV should have the infrastructure to deal with this?
