Hi All,
my Entertainment pass has disappeared. there is no history of payments, whilst I am still paying for it. I don't have a second account so this is not an accidental switch between them.
Your thoughts would be appreciated,

You need to talk to Live Chat, who can hopefully put things straight for you:-

On a screen with big buttons all around, you may find the link you need is under a tiny green arrow, so be vigilant.

I realise this is an old post, but the same has just happened to me - in Chrome, my payment history disappeared and I was unable to play videos but my bank shows payments to Now being up to date. For the avoidance of doubt, like the OP I do not have more than one Now TV account.
I tried logging off, refreshing the page, but nothing worked.
I then raised the issue with Now TV (via the website) and suddenly the payments and access is back...
