My Account showing totally erroneous pass info

I have just added vouchers to both my Cinema and Entertainment accounts, but they are NOT showing up in My Account - even though live chat assure me they have been applied!!!


My stored Cinema and Entertainment vouchers have redeem after dates that do agree with what live chat stated, so hopefully I won't be having to speak to live chat again in the next week demanding refunds.


Not sure if this issue is happening to other users, but there seem to be an increasing number of issues with Now TV recently.
