If you go to your avatar, top right, choose Manage Now Account and look under Now Membership, is there an Entertainment membership shown there?
If not, try the Account Finder, to see if you perhaps have a second account somewhere:-

Follow the links through several questions until you get to where you can choose Live Chat.
At no point should you select ‘Get Help Quicker’. This will not take you where you need to go.
Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
