Membership Page Not Loading

Hi, yesterday the Membership area of my account stopped loading and all I see is a white blank screen. I've tried a mobile phone, tablet, desktop Web browser and also connected via mobile data to rule out my broadband.


I contacted nowtv chat who said it would be resolved in a few hours. That was yesterday and it's still not resolved.


In the meantime I can't manage my nowtv entertainment or cinema memberships.


Any ideas what the issue could be? It was working fine yesterday evening, I added a code to my entertainment subscription, it accepted then suddenly the page went white and I haven't been able to access it since.

1) I click on "manage account" and I see the menu options

2) When I click on "Now membership" the screen is all white. I have tried both desktop and mobile phone and it is the same issue

Anyone? I still can't access the membership area of my tv account 😞


I logged a ticket with support last Thursday but it's still not resolved.
