Is this is email wrong or Fraudulent

I had an email yesterday the 9th yet my account shows my account was paid on the 6th and I have a valid debit card registered.  And there seems no way of emailing customer support or speaking to a human short of spending ages on the phone using a mobile which will probably cost me loads.
