I have already cancelled my subscription but I am still being charged.

This is not acceptable! I have already cancelled my subscription but I am still being charged £6.99.

I need a refund but there is no contact information. What do I do?

@Nancy3

Each membership is separate and need to be cancelled individually.

Did you get email confirmation of the cancellation?

If you didn't then I am afraid to say you did not follow the wonderful cancellation process.

For any chance of a refund you must speak with staff via live chat. Make sure your signed in and hit the 'How to get in touch' drop down.

Yes I had received the email that my subscription was cancelled but I got
charged this month despite that.

@Nancy3

What membership(s) did you have and cancel?

All I can say is use live chat in my first post.

Yes I did get an email that all individual memberships were cancelled by me. But I still got charged a month after that.

Then use the method in my last post to get in touch and speak with staff.

@Nancy3

Did you cancel on the very last day before the renewal?

If so, Now may have already started the billing cycle, and you will have been caught up in that.

But if you get in touch with Live Chat, as per @gavs82008‘s post above, Now will readily refund you.

When you cancel, the subscription keeps going as per the amount you have already paid until the next renewal date, on which it ceases with no more money being charged, I always advocate cancelling the moment you decide you don’t want any future months, and not waiting until the last minute.

And until the next renewal date, the cancellation is entirely reversible. So you could cancel in week one, change your mind in week 3, and reverse the cancel then. If you are on a special offer, like 6 discounted months, it will even restore that too. Only when the renewal date is reached does the cancel become irreversible, and any special offer become lost.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
