How to make a complaint … utter nonsense!

How do you make a complaint to a robot? I’ve gone round and round in circles - I’m paying £6.99 per month but cannot watch anything unless I join as a member!

any suggestions

You need to make sure you are signed in with the account that your paying for the membership. 

Annoyingly when you launch the app for the first time it can take you straight to the homepage, which does NOT mean you are automatically signed in. Go to the settings cog in the app and choose account, in there it will show you what account if any is signed in. 

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
