How do I get help from an official now TV manager / senior staff please. I spent 1 hour on the phone to customer service team and was placed on hold for the woman never to return she was rude and abusive and was clearly at home drinking whilst interacting with me. The call was interrupted several times by a third person in the agents company, and I've still not resolved my issues
It won’t be through here I’m afraid, any broadband issues will be directed via the broadband team. All I can say is to keep trying and don’t give up until you get it sorted.
