Full refund

Hi Community, 

Does anyone know how I would initiate a refund on the Day Pass + Boost?

I haven't touched it/activated it/done anything with it since purchase (purchased less than an hour ago) and therefore entitled to a full refund as per the Consumer Act.

I cannot find an email anywhere to start the process and this so-called "chatbot" isn't available. 

Does anyone know the best course of action...

Get in touch with live chat by clicking the green chat online box towards the top of the screen from this link page below. 

Also I would recommend adding a Payment pin to your online NOW account, if other family members have access to devices in your name or if you sell on or recycle a device without removing your account login details from it.
