End of contract. New price £15 more!

My contract is up in a couple of weeks. It's going from £25 to £40. My work hours have been reduced, due to covid 19. I can't afford to pay the new price. Will I be able to get it back down to £25

If you phone up to cancel, they usually can make an offer. Twice I've phoned to cancel and they've been really good and matched my previous contract.

Look under My Account/Broadband and Calls, find the number for Moving Home, use that, even though you aren’t moving.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
