I purchased a Now TV stick on the 5/4/20 for £24.99 and this has debuted and shows on my statement however there is a second payment of £24.99 also pending but only one order was placed and only one confirmation email has came through.
There were no issues when making the payment and it was only attempted once and went through successfully straight away.
Unable to get in contact with anyone on the live chat or phone at the moment, does any know why this might have happened?
