Cancelled membership

Hi,

 

I have cancelled my membership, just checked my bank account and i've seen that NowTv have been taking money out of my account still even though my account had been cancelled, to top it off they are adding services and taking payment for things i never had in the first place! 

 

how can i get you guys to stop taking money!!!! i have no active subscriptions on my account.

Check you haven’t got another account with the debit/credit card details on.

Was it a membership offer that included a week free boost? 

If so then that would start charging £5 for boost at the end of the trial.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

no, it was paid for without a trial boost - but i know i most certainly
cancelled them and all of a sudden new subscriptions had been taken out
which i never did.

As in you can see active memberships to cancel?
