Cancel subscription

I have tried cancelling the subscription but only comes up with a phone number anyone know an email address as I can't stand using phones or going through the chain via phone at this rate il just stop paying as I'm switching broadband due to not getting the fast fibre I was promised and tired of trying to go through phones and they keep promising the same ###### but nothing has changed

If you're switching to another ISP using FTTC, they will do the cancellation for you, no need to contact Now at all.

If the new provider isn't using FTTC then you can't be sure the cancellation will be done by them, so you will need to contact Now.

Also be aware, if you are still in contract, there may be an ETF (early termination fee) unless you are switching in the first 30 days.
