Cancel membership abroad

Hello, 

I signed up to nowtv in the UK, however I have now moved abroad but forgot to cancel my membership. I cannot log in to cancel because im on an Australian VPN. 

The website does not seem to have any helpful contact information. Any suggestions?

Two options, live chat or email support.

Live chat can be accessed by clicking "chat online" within the green box. Make sure NOT to hit "get help quicker" as this is a bot.

customer services @ not tv  . com (ensure no spaces)

That being said you should still be able to access the website using a VPN set to the UK. As I use it sometimes for security and have no issues doing account management with it on.
