So some idiot in the house got the free movies pass trial thing, and I thought I'd cancelled it, and changed the password so no-one could do it again, but I have still been charged. I'm pretty certain it's defiitely now cancelled, but don't trust the system and I want my money back - I have clearly not used it. But, and this is the most annoying part, everytime I click the "live chat" button, no matter what the page, it just doesn't do anything, and there are no phone numbers anywhere. I'm essentially being charged but there is no way I can actually speak to anyone. I did send a message but have had no response either. I HATE companies like this. Nothing but bad words coming from me when anyone asks about them. Does anyone have ANY number or live chat option that actually works please!? Thanks...

The main thing you need to do right now is set a Payment PIN under My Account/Settings and PINs.
Then even if someone knows your password, or has access to a device you are logged in on, they won’t be able to ‘buy’ Passes with your money.

SAme here been trying for five days. Tried twitter, e-mail and live chat. All either ignored or don't exist. All I want them to do is tell me why a voucher I bought doesn't work.

Oooh do you have an email address for NowTV please? I can't find one anywhere. I want to cancel my services without spending 300 years on the phone so easier to email. Any help is appreciated 🙂

Hey no I don't sorry - that post was from ages ago, but if you want to cancel, go to "my account" in the top right corner - drop down menu - pick "passes and vouchers" and you should see whatever TV pass you've paid for, Movie Pass etc - then pick it and ###### it off. 😉

I had same issue. Don’t know why they make it soooo difficult by not giving phone number or making it difficult to find.
i gave up looking on the now tv website and googled it instead. Got it straight away and not surprisingly no queue when I phoned.
