Can anyone tell me how to cancel my membership by mobile??? my

How do I cancel this now membership by mobile?

They say use a pc but don't have one & they were quite happy to let me sign up by mobile but now I want out it's a a big drama...can anyone plz help me out here👃👃👃

@MarkM71 while logged in here on the community, click on the little man icon top right>manage account>memberships then click on cancel membership.

Cancelling is a five or six stage process during which you may get offers to stay. If you want to completely cancel go through all the screens until you get a notification on screen (take a screenshot just in case) AND a confirmation email.

You'll need to cancel all memberships individually.

I'd also recommend you put a payment pin in place.

Just to reinforce what @Saint1976 said: you need to use the browser on your mobile to cancel following the steps set out, you cannot do this via the app.

Thanks for your email, Ive tried doing it on my browser but it keeps saying
I can't do it by mobile...does anyone know a number I could phone to get
help???

@MarkM71 there is no phone support for TV memberships, only live chat. Use the included link and click 'chat online'.

Did you by any chance subscribe via a third party (Vodafone, Amazon)? If that's the case, I believe you'll need to cancel with them.

Just for reference, see screenshot below where I've just successfully cancelled a membership on my mobile phone using Chrome browser.

OK, you signed up on your mobile…. But who with? Now directly, or via a third party?

Check your bank account or credit card bill to see who, exactly, you are paying your Now membership(s) to.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
This week, I are genrally been watching epsidoes on my Sasmung TV

OK, if it’s directly through Now, the only reason I can see why cancelling on your mobile wouldn’t work, assuming you were following all the other good advice in this thread, is that this was one of Now’s frequent temporary glitches.

Try it again now, and if it still doesn’t work, please describe exactly what happens, including any error messages.

You need to go to NOW via your web browser, not via the app, using a mobile doesn't matter:
