Phoned Now at around 1pm today, after going through 3 menus computer says we are busy and waiting time would be around 40 minutes, that's quite a while to be on hold. Is it unusually busy today?
Don't know as broadband support are never on the forum. Just fellow customers like you and me.
Tried again at 4:40pm, was told 30 minutes wait time. Thought I'd try it. Was on hold for 20 minutes then the call was simply cut off. Now very impressed with NOWtv customer servive.
