I am being overcharged for TV which was cancelled b stopping my card .they have been continuously deducting my account I haven't used or accessed the TV channel at all.i need my refund and want to find out how are the deductions taken out of my account without my consent .card was cancelled no new information is given since last one year ago.I am being over charged and cannot get to speak with customer service
When you say “cancelled” did you get a email confirmation of the cancellation? As there is a lengthy cancellation process and if this isn’t followed the membership will just continue with payments constantly being made.
If you’re 100% you cancelled and you plan to keep the account I would strongly recommend putting a payment PIN on your account.
