Bill due. but no option to pay on site and get broadband back up asap.

My broadband just cut off, thought i had enough in the account to cover the bill but was a couple of pounds short, just rectified it and hoped i could find a way to make payment now to reactivate broadband, but on the "Bills and Payments" (contrary to the facts and my bank balance) section it says i'm up to date with payments, is this a frontend or backend issue? how do i rectify this asap?

Wont be much help now, but call the broadband team in the morning after 8am.

NOW Broadband Members can call us 8am–8pm, 7 days a week.
