Can someone please tell me why my bill has gone from £17 to £28.50???

Would this be for NOW Broadband or TV Memberships ?

If it's NOW Broadband then from your online NOW account under Bills & Payments what does it say if you click on the bill and then click on the recurring monthly price which will give you a breakdown.

My guess where I am a customer just like you going on the figures you quoted is £3.50 price rise that come into effect in July 2023 which NOW should have notified you by email and £8 for Anytime Calls.

Was you coming out of a 12 month contract and did you receive an email about your options?

If the bill is Broadband related then contact the NOW Broadband Team.

Well I was only paying £17.99 and the last time I spoke to someone they put
me back on my plan that I’ve been on since 2018 ☹️

They charged me £25 in July and then have been charging me £28.59 ever
since and I’ve only just noticed I’ll give them a ring at some point today
!!!
