I bought a broadband package last Tuesday and NowTV charged me 10p and £5 delivery. The 10p charge hasn’t been refunded and it’s been over 3 days now.
Does anyone know why this is taking so long?

The 10p "pending" charge will remain for roughly a week or so.
Nothing comes of it as I had it whren I changed my payment details, so don't worry about it.
