Trouble with PS5 Now app

Hi,

We keep getting an error message while we watch on the Now app on the PS5 - it just says 'there was an error' and shuts down the app.  It works okay after but then happens at least twice during a 40 minute episode so it's frustrating and disruptive. Is anyone experiencing the same? We tried deleting and redownloading the app but it's still doing the same thing. Also tried the chatbot and it didn't help at all. Any help greatly appreciated!

I don’t understand why this and scads of other existing threads about this issue weren’t offered to you when you started this one?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
