Cookies settings

I keep getting a cookies settings notice on my now tv screen but when I try to press allow, nothing happens so basically the screen is now frozen and I cannot access anything. I've tried  resets and other options. Nothing happens. This is the second time in a month I've had problems with now service and I missed most of a football match. Tried to complain but fobbed off with rubbish.  Is this because I'm not a regular subscriber.  Terrible service.

Give it say five minutes and try it again and if the remote still doesn't respond, try taking the batteries out, power down the Stick / box, re-power back on and re-insert the old batteries or try new fresh batteries.

I had the same message on my NOW Stick, but my remote responded fine and enabled me to get past the Cookies message on the television screen.
