How to launch nowtv

I've set up my nowtv box (connecting HDMI cable into samsung tv and signed in to nowtv user name and password) and I see the nowtv app. I select it - nothing happens.  I see the nowtv logo but then nothing else happens.

What am I doing wrong?!

Welcome to the forum.

 

You managed to set up the box fine by connecting to your Internet and entering your username and password, but now have difficulty getting the NOW TV app to open? 

 

Pull the power cord out of the back for a few seconds and then reconnect. After a few seconds you should see the purple NOW TV splash screen and a few seconds after that the home screen should load. You can now start the NOW TV app by pressing the NOW TV button on the remote.
