Hi I have just finished season 1 went onto episode 1 season 2 which has no sound. Tried episode 2 again no sound but episode 3 is ok??? Please help want to be able to watch 1 and 2 first.

Trying to watch monsters inc on my now TV box. no sound at all. Watched it previously with no problems but can not get any sound what so ever. But ththe sound works on other films. It's my daughters favourite film
