Cannot complete registration

Why can't I complete my new registration? The box is set up and seems to be working fine. The registration stalls when completing my banking details: the 10p has been taken twice but still get the " Getting warmer"  page. I have been told that technical services will be in touch....that was four days ago!

Thanks for posting, sorry to hear this. I know it can be inconvenient but is there any chance you can start a fresh account with a new e-mail address.

 

If this is okay please re-try and let us know how you get on.

I have the same problem. I cannot register a debit card as at the end I keep getting a message that there is a problem and to contact the help team. There seems no direct way to contact anybody however.

Is the card active and are there funds in the account?

 

When you enter the card details ensure your not using any dashes or symbols and the postcode contains no spaces.

Yeah, the card is active with funds.

Now I am going to try it again and I will be careful not to use any symbols
or dashes and that the post code contains no space.

Hello. I have tried again without entering any symbols, dashes or space in
the post code. It doesn't work to me anyway. As for shopping online I use
only 1 card. I have found another hobby/pastime at the moment, so
momentarily I need it any longer. I will see in the future again. Carmelo

I am also having the same issue. Have tried, ipad, macbook, pc, safari & chrome! Crazy.
