Resolved! Error can’t find ticket

I’ve renewed my sports pass today for 6 months but today, watching the the match, getting error code can’t find ticket???? Having to go back into menu and restart which only works for 10 mins then gets error code. Think I may cancel if this continues...

No Internet connection

Modem has 3 green lights and no internet. Do you know why? How can I fix it ? Do you know phone number of provider ?

Internet not working

My internet has suddenly stopped working. All the three lights are green but there is no Internet connection. I have unplugged the router for a couple of minutes and plugged the router back in again.
