I recently bought an Xbox one and I got a voucher with it. Having said this it won't let me redeem it and I've been a customer of this service for quite a while what suggestions are there?
The usual cause of this is misreading the code on the voucher. Have a look at the following article and try a few different combinations, especially where a letter may be a number or vice versa, e.g 5(five) and S, 1 (one) and I (capital i ), O (capital o) and 0 (zero) etc
