Thanks for your post and welcome to the forum. Did you cancel your 14 day trial within the trial period? If not payments are taken automotically when it ends. If you haven't I suggest doing that straight away. If you did then contact Live Chat and they will look into this for you.
Click on this link http://help.nowtv.com/article/None-of-the-above and hit the Contact Us box on the left of the page, this will take you to the Live Chat & Email options (8am - Midnight).
