Xbox one app skips every 5-10 seconds

First of all our Internet is a solid 15meg and wired. It is DEFINITELY NOT a speed issue. 50% of the when we attempt to watch a program (ones viewed before and viewed for the first time) it skips or freezes the screen every 5/10 seconds. Needless to say spending half an hour sorting this out every other time we watch something we're paying for is frustrating. What's problem?

This is posted in the wrong forum, Xbox One issues should be reported in the One forum so you get the correct help. Do you get a loading icon appear when it skips? This would suggest that the player is buffering, have you paused the video at the start of playback for a min or so to see if the progress bar pulls in more of the video before you start watching?
