I've been trying to buy a sports pass for the past hour but keep being told that payment cannot be taken at the moment and to try again. Fed up of trying again and again. The card registered is current and valid. Help!

Try re-entering the card details again, even though it's the same card and see if that helps.

I wanted to watch a particular game, and an hour of trying ment I had already missed 1/2 an hour of the program so gave up.
I tried live chat too but that too had technical difficulties, this is not the first time this has happened to me but at least on the last occassion I was given a free months pass, which whilst my Team were not on Sky that month it was still appreciated. I accept that companies have difficulties from time to time but this seems to be an issue that is effecting now TV's reputation.
Whilst I don't expect anything from now TV as a freebe, It would be nice to recieve at least an appology.
