Sky Sports 1 Day Pass

Hi

Today purchased a one day Sky Sports pass and when attempting to activate I get a continuous LOADING message.

I am using a Dell laptop with Windows 7 , IE version 11, Silverlight 5.1.5.

Any suggestions would be helpful.

Thanks

Welcome to the forum.

Make sure you've allowed Silverlight to run in your browser. Follow the steps under 'Activate Microsoft Silverlight in your browser' on this help page

@Anonymous User if you are using Windows 8.1 or above you might prefer to download the dedicated NOW TV app from the Windows Store instead.

In Safari try the following

 1. Go to the NOW TV website and try to play a film, sports channel or TV programme (depending on your pass).
2. While the programme is trying to load (or you get a message about Silverlight) , go to Safari>Preferences> Security> Plugin Settings

3. Make sure Silverlight is ticked on the left of the pane, and make sure watch.nowtv.com is listed on the right of the pane, and set it to On

4. Click Done, restart Safari if needed and see if that helps.

Have you tried switching router off and back on as it's helped me
