@Anonymous User charged for a second month of sport? Unlike the day and week passes the month sports pass keeps renewing until cancelled. It's stated several time during the purchase process that this will happen.

I have also had my payment taken twice, once on the 26th and again on the 28th, for a company to not even have a phone number is an absolute joke! I hope this will be resolved before I cancel both my accounts.

Why do you have two NOW TV accounts. As this is most probably the reason why you (and others) have been charged twice!

Thanks for posting.
As @SeeMoreDigital pointed out here - if you have 2 accounts then this is very likely the reason why you've been charged twice. My suggestion is to cancel one of the accounts, you only need one account for Movies, Entertainment and Sport - having another account will just complicate matters.
