New user experience 4 month pass

Hi

I have purchased a NOW Sky box and 4 month sky cinema pass from Argos 

I have set up my account and put in the NOW TV code when I created my account , it came back with a response that I  only have a one month pass , why when i have paid for a deal that states a 4 months syb cinema pass

Are you misselling , it says on the box it includes a 4months Sky Cinema Pass

Hi and welcome to the forum @Anonymous User,

 

All 'multiple month' NOW TV subscriptions are displayed in monthly periods... However, in order to confirm the actual duration of multiple month passes, here's what you need to do: -

 

  • Log onto your NOW TV account using the same log-in details as your NOW TV playback device.
  • Click on the 'My Account' button (see the top right of every forum web page).
  • Access 'My Passes'.
  • Refer to the 'Offer Ends' date and the 'Due On' date next for the NOW TV package you have subscribed to (ie: Entertainment, Cinema, Sports)?

You should see something like this: -
