No images, just audio

Hi All,

Just installed my Now TV, but regardless of what I try to watch, all I'm getting onscreen is a purple background with "OCP unauthorised. Content disabled" however I'm getting the audio for the show I'm trying to watch. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong???

It's a case of messing around with the HDMI cable and TV until it works .... I find just changing the input on the TV to freeview and back again sorts it, but you might need to take the HDMI cable out of the box and TV then plug it back again, turn TV off and on again, power down the box and back up again etc. until you find the 'magic cure'!

Out of interest: -
Which make and model number of television do you have?
Which make and model of Now TV playback device do you have?
Is your Now TV playback device directly connected to your television or is it connected through a surround-sound amplifier or HDMI switch?
